Hair fall and hair loss treatment
Hair loss has many causes, and treatment only works when the cause is right. A dermatologist examines the scalp and hair, reviews your history and, where needed, advises blood tests.

Common causes
Pattern hair loss (androgenetic alopecia), stress and illness related shedding, nutritional deficiency, thyroid problems, PCOS, postpartum shedding, dandruff and other scalp conditions, and patchy hair loss such as alopecia areata.
Treatment options
Your plan may include medicines, topical solutions, nutritional correction, scalp treatment, PRP or mesotherapy, and low-level laser therapy. Results take months, as hair grows slowly. If medical treatment cannot restore enough hair, a hair transplant may be discussed.
What to bring
- Previous prescriptions and reports
- A list of current medicines
- Recent photos if your hair changed quickly

How long before I see results?
Typically 3 to 6 months of regular treatment before clear improvement.
Is PRP effective?
It can help in selected patients as part of a plan. Your doctor will tell you whether it suits you.
