Frequently asked questions

Why does my rash keep coming back?

Usually the trigger has not been found or the skin barrier has not healed. A consultation helps identify both.

Are hives an emergency?

Hives with swelling of the lips or face, breathing difficulty or dizziness need urgent hospital care. Go to the nearest emergency department.

Do I need allergy tests?

Only in selected cases. Your doctor will decide after examining you.

This page is for general information. Your dermatologist will advise on what suits you after examination. Results vary from person to person.
